Katherine Ackerman
Katherine Ackerman is the Deputy General Counsel at Patient Square Capital. Prior to joining Patient Square, Ms. Ackerman was a Partner at Kirkland & Ellis, where her practice focused on the representation of private equity funds and their portfolio companies. Earlier in her career, Ms. Ackerman was an Associate in the corporate group at Davis Polk & Wardwell.
Ms. Ackerman holds a J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and an A.B. in History, magna cum laude, from Princeton University.
