Catherine Soler
Director
Catherine Soler is a Director on the Transformation and Growth Team, and leads the firm’s Responsibility efforts. Prior to Patient Square, Ms. Soler built two ESG programs at private equity and growth investing firms, Vista Equity Partners and SoftBank’s Vision Fund. At Vista, she integrated ESG across the investment lifecycle, launched an initiative to highlight the use of ‘Software for Good’ and advanced the firm’s climate strategy with a focus on environmental justice. At SoftBank, she designed a program to leverage portfolio company products and services to support leading social good organizations and served as an advisor to portfolio companies.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Soler worked at global impact investor Acumen and social enterprise Catchafire, where she grew the company’s enterprise business unit. Ms. Soler started her career at Deloitte & Touche and earned her CPA certification in New York State.
Ms. Soler holds a B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley.
