Ken Michalzuk
Ken Michalzuk is a Managing Director in Transformation and Growth at Patient Square Capital. Mr. Michalzuk brings an operational perspective to investment decisions and helps define and drive portfolio company value creation programs alongside management teams.
Prior to joining Patient Square, Mr. Michalzuk spent 11 years at KKR, where he led portfolio operations as part of the Americas Health Care Team. During his tenure at KKR, he worked closely with health care portfolio companies across subsectors and stages of growth, including 123Dentist, Cordis, Envision Healthcare, Global Medical Response, Headlands Research, Heartland Dental, Lake Region Medical, PetVet Care Centers, and Sedgwick. Earlier in his career, he was a consultant at McKinsey & Company focused on health care.
Mr. Michalzuk has extensive experience working with management teams on a range of topics, including same-store growth, pricing, digital marketing, sales force effectiveness, as well as carveouts and post-merger integrations.
Mr. Michalzuk holds a B.B.A. with high distinction from the University of Michigan.
