Nate Seaman
Nate Seaman is an Executive Director in Transformation and Growth at Patient Square Capital. Prior to joining Patient Square, Mr. Seaman was a Senior Vice President at Envision Healthcare, where he managed a team of more than 1,200 employees globally and oversaw revenue collection operations for more than 2.6 million annual patient encounters. During his tenure, he launched an internal, cross service-line, transformation team driving meaningful performance improvement in revenue yield as well as time and cost to collect.
Prior to Envision, Mr. Seaman was an Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company, where he served acute care providers, physician organizations, health care vendors, and private equity firms, primarily on large scale revenue growth and transformation engagements. In this role, he served as McKinsey & Company’s “Cost-to-Collect” Knowledge Leader in the health care provider revenue domain. Earlier in his career, Mr. Seaman was a Director at Huron Consulting Group within the Provider Performance Improvement practice, where he oversaw multiple concurrent engagements to create sustainable improvement through process redesign and technology enhancements.
Mr. Seaman holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
