Nikhilesh Chand, Ph.D.
Nikhilesh Chand, Ph.D. is the Head of Patient Square Public Opportunities at Patient Square Capital. Dr. Chand has a diverse range of experiences in health care and life sciences, most notably therapeutics. Prior to joining Patient Square, he was the Chief Strategy Officer in Residence at BridgeBio Pharma. Prior to BridgeBio, Dr. Chand was a Therapeutics Analyst at Viking Global Investors, where he worked on multiple public and private investments. Earlier in his career, Dr. Chand worked at Genentech and Boston Consulting Group.
Dr. Chand holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Harvard University and an M.A. (Cantab) in Biochemistry, Rajiv Gandhi Cambridge Scholar, from Trinity College, Cambridge.
