Rachel Densley
Associate Director
Rachel Densley is an Associate Director in Transformation and Growth at Patient Square Capital. Prior to joining, Ms. Densley worked at Oxeon Venture Studio, helping build startups in value-based care enablement and home health care delivery. She also worked within Vaccine Development & Surveillance at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation where she focused on HPV vaccine research and distribution. Earlier in her career, Ms. Densley served as a Senior Consultant at Bain & Company, specializing in private equity due diligence and post-acquisition growth strategy.
Ms. Densley holds a bachelor’s degree in Physiology & Developmental Biology, magna cum laude, from Brigham Young University and an M.B.A. from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.
