Shazia Forzaglia is a Compliance Director at Patient Square Capital. Prior to joining Patient Square, Ms. Forzaglia was a Senior Compliance Specialist at Baillie Gifford, where she supported the development and implementation of compliance frameworks across global investment operations. Earlier in her career, Ms. Forzaglia held compliance positions at Brookfield Asset Management and Brown Brothers Harriman, where she was responsible for investment adviser regulation, risk assessment, and policy design.

Ms. Forzaglia earned her J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law.
