Thanh Nguyen is the Tax & Treasury Assistant Controller at Patient Square Capital. Ms. Nguyen has nearly a decade of experience in the private equity and venture capital industry across consulting and operating roles. Ms. Nguyen was most recently a Finance Manager at Goodwater Capital where she focused on the firm’s tax and tax-related matters as well as various accounting and finance functions. Prior to Goodwater Capital, Ms. Nguyen was at Silver Lake where she managed tax compliance, financial reporting and day-to-day accounting for various private equity funds. Earlier in her career, Ms. Nguyen had 5 years of public accounting experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers and KPMG, where she worked within the Financial Services and Asset Management Tax Practice, providing tax compliance and consulting services to leading private equity, venture capital, and other asset management firms.
Ms. Nguyen holds a B.A in Accounting with a minor in Applied Mathematics from Juniata College and a Master of Accounting from University of Oregon, Lundquist College of Business.
