Vladislava Chalei, Ph.D.
Dr. Vladislava (Vlada) Chalei is a Senior Research Lead at Patient Square Insights. Prior to joining Patient Square, Dr. Chalei served as Director of Strategy and Corporate Development at BioNTech, where she focused on portfolio strategy and deal valuation. Earlier in her career, she was Vice President of Business Development at MyOme, a whole‑genome diagnostic company, and a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group, advising clients across biopharma, medtech, and life sciences on strategy and due diligence.
Dr. Chalei holds a Ph.D. in Physiology, Anatomy, and Genetics from the University of Oxford and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Molecular Biology from the University of Edinburgh. She completed her post‑doctoral research at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital.
