Vladislava Chalei, Ph.D.
Vladislava (Vlada) Chalei, Ph.D. is a Senior Research Lead in Patient Square Insights at Patient Square Capital. Prior to joining Patient Square, Dr. Chalei served as Director of Strategy and Corporate Development at BioNTech, where she focused on portfolio strategy and deal valuation. Earlier in her career, she was Vice President of Business Development at MyOme, a whole‑genome diagnostic company, and a Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group, advising clients on strategy and due diligence across the biopharma, medical technology, and life sciences sectors.
Dr. Chalei holds a Ph.D. in Physiology, Anatomy, and Genetics from the University of Oxford and a B.Sc. in Molecular Biology with honors from the University of Edinburgh. She completed her post‑doctoral research at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital.
