Zachary Strasser, M.D.

Real-World Data Analytics Lead

Zachary Strasser, M.D. is the Real-World Data Analytics Lead at Patient Square Capital. Prior to joining Patient Square, Dr. Strasser was a faculty member at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) and Harvard Medical School (HMS) where his institution- and NIH-funded research focused on clinical informatics and applied machine learning in medicine. He also maintained an active practice seeing patients in the acute care setting at MGH, while teaching and training students and residents. Dr. Strasser completed his clinical and research training at MGH and NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell. During his training he served as a fellow at Bain Capital Life Sciences.

Dr. Strasser earned a joint M.D./M.B.A. degree from Cornell University, where he was a Lee Family Fellow, and is dual-board certified in Internal Medicine and Clinical Informatics. He completed his Master of Biomedical Informatics degree from Harvard University as a BIRT Fellow and graduated with a B.A. with Distinction from Cornell University.
