Katherine Ackerman is the Deputy General Counsel at Patient Square Capital. Ms. Ackerman was most recently a Partner at Kirkland & Ellis, where her practice focused on the representation of private equity funds and their portfolio companies. Before joining Kirkland, Ms. Ackerman was an Associate in the corporate group at Davis Polk & Wardwell.
Ms. Ackerman received a A.B. in History, magna cum laude, from Princeton University and a J.D., magna cum laude, from University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
